What’s the sound effect at the beginning?!?! I need it omg… Isn’t it from Stic Shcok Theme song lol…

anyways… DO NOT PAY RENT!! SUE!

  • campc1 says:

    GET A LAWYER!

  • pantyraydr says:

Only me, afunkydiva and Mzdiva whatever has given you sound advice. If you want to stay in that apt. then tell you landlord that it’s HIS responsibility to go back and forth to the city office. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY RENT until the housing judge orders you to. If he puts you out or changes the locks, call the police…..that’s illegal! Trust ME! Like MzDiva said siee if your city’s housing court has an escrot for you to put your rent in, in the meantime.

  • infp49 says:

Sorry that happened to you Skorpion but you may have to move back home, temporarliy. Next time, do research on apartments and ask friends about their experience with their landlords. The only thing I can say is take them to court and get some of your money. They knew about their situation and they didn’t tell you about it.

  • vford43 says:

Ask for LIHEAP they will pay your Light and Gas.

  • preciousgirl2010 says:

u are definetly in a messed up situation and it seems like it’s not getting better anytime soon. try to start searching for a new apartment.

  • AlbGurl says:

    report the landlord to police

  • melbourne300 says:

I would give it another week, but if that does not work, then take them to court for your rent and security deposit so you can find you another place, but yes you may have to move back home temporarily until you find yourself another place. But be careful because if you stop paying your rent you may lose in court, so you can still sue them for everything from the beginning of your problems and still come out on top.

  • xoxomomo says:

sue that bitch. not ONLY for your security money but FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING TOO!!! and when you go to court, you should throw a lil cough out here and there too and say you became sick during all that time this fool cut your heat off!! shoot… don’t let that fool play with your hard earned money!!

  • amere21 says:

kevin can u redo this video or make it louder cause I cant hear you at all

  • simple2complex says:

you should be grateful becuz you dont want an electrical fire matter fact move out asap!

  • purchik3 says:

    thats some bullshit!!

  • dian241982 says:

Okay. HI Kevin, I’m writing this under my bro acct, i have been watching your video’s for a while.
We are tooo similar in most things…I had a landlord who had no heat in his building. The first year he didn’t fix it, the second year I moved the hell out of there to a new place, I didn’t pay him anything. The meter read 19 degrees year round. I bought a space heater and got burnt.
Should you pay? HELL to THE HELL NO! Find something else… Its hard I know, ( with credit history) but…damn

  • jvforever72 says:

you could move into my place, i have control of the thermostat, and my electric bill averages 30 duckets for two months.

  • msandrews87 says:

Oh, Skorpion you should move. I believe you have enough evidence to break your lease.

  • Xkaitlyn1 says:

I think i would move to a different Apartment

  • kurisute says:

You have a case that your landlord isn’t providing the standard required by law. Most states have implied warranty of habitability laws. If you dont have any heat then I bet your landlord is in violation of this.

I would look into my state laws if I were you. And then mail all the evidence to your landlord with a request to be let out of your lease.

  • JustTana says:

Skorpion sweetheart you are toooo patient. YOu got 2 options in my opinion. Go home and then get an attorney to get some or all of your money back. Or give the landlord a 7 day notice to make good and then move home if this isn’t settled.

  • shipp715 says:

GET a lawyer and get yo money back

  • chilli178 says:

@dardaf904 I completely agree, if you have a copy of what you signed and paid I would say go find a lawyer…

  • junok2007 says:

The landlord has no regard for any of the tenants there. They knew this was going to happen.
You might have to just cut your losses and go. There will be alot of agro and hassle to try and chase your money up. Go to small claims court

  • Shadyreporter says:

call 7 on your side or howard help me

  • andycford23 says:

They fucking up Skorp go home and go find a better place!!! You deserve better than that bullshit!!!!

  • sweetmuzic215 says:

Skorpion….honestly i kno that u dont wanna move back in with ur mother…i can see it all in ur face in this video…but u may not have another choice….u will find another apartment…dont worry…you dont wanna stay in a place where it isnt safe….believe me i kno wat ur going through….Take his behind to court….and dont pay him rent…because like u said u dont stay there…SlumLord is the perfect name! It will all work out for you!

  • dardaf904 says:

Go to your local legal aid agency. Also you migh want check with your state law on your rights as a renter. Ask a lawyer….

  • Apples2447 says:
